Frequently asked questions

The answers to the questions most often asked before and during use.

Before setting up

How much does AdorationH24 cost?

From 100 € to 350 € a year depending on the size of the parish, on quotation above 400 adorers, and the first year is free. Payment by bank transfer (Wise, IBAN, no fees).

How do we subscribe?

Fill in “Create my parish”, then confirm your e-mail address: your space is created right away and you receive its address by e-mail. No commitment and no bank card during the free year. The contact form stays open for any question.

How long is the commitment?

The subscription is yearly. There is no automatic renewal without your agreement.

What happens at the end of the free year?

A month before, an e-mail asks whether you wish to continue or stop. Without an answer, the site keeps working for 30 days after the end date, then becomes read-only. Nothing is deleted for 90 days.

Day to day

How do we add or remove an adorer?

Adorers sign up themselves, with your approval if you wish. You can also sign someone up from “Full schedule”, and block or delete an account in “Adorers”.

How do we block an hour (holidays, event)?

“Full schedule” → “Block / unblock a period”: choose the dates and hours, once or on a regular basis, then “Block”. Those signed up can be told by e-mail.

What if an adorer can no longer come?

They cancel from their space, or from the link in their e-mail without logging in. If the hour is left empty in the next 14 days, the substitutes are called: the first to click is signed up.

How do substitutes work?

Each adorer can check “I am a substitute”: they then get an e-mail when an hour becomes free. The parish can also choose to tell all adorers, and send every week the hours still free this month.

How does the iCal sync work?

Each adorer has a personal link to add to Apple Calendar, Google Calendar or Outlook. Their hours then update on their own, within 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on the calendar.

Can I customize my parish's platform?

Yes: name, welcome titles and quotation, welcome text, address, contact details and country (for the privacy policy). Everything is set in the “Customization” tab.

Are statistics available?

Yes: number of adorers, occupancy rate, empty hours — all from the dashboard.

An adorer has forgotten their password?

They click “Forgotten your password?” when logging in and receive a link by e-mail. They can also change it in “My settings”.

Security and privacy

Is the data secure (GDPR)?

Yes: hosting in the European Union, encrypted connections and backups, anonymization of deleted accounts. The privacy policy adapts to each parish’s country.

How do we cancel the subscription?

One click on “Stop” in the e-mail received a month before the end date, or a simple e-mail to .

What happens to the data after cancellation?

The site becomes read-only and nothing is deleted for 90 days, in case you come back. After that, the data is deleted on request.
