1. What the sheet is for
Perpetual adoration means 168 hours a week, each one entrusted to at least one adorer. The sheet shows who keeps watch at what time: everyone finds their own hour, and all can see at a glance where someone is missing.
It is also a quiet invitation: an empty box, posted at the church door after Mass, often makes someone want to fill it.
2. How to fill it in
A few simple habits prevent most oversights:
- One box, one hour: each adorer writes their first name and the initial of their last name in the box of their hour.
- The same hour every week: most adorers come back on the same day, at the same time. A regular commitment holds better than signing up week by week.
- Nights first: the hours from 1 to 5 am fill the most slowly. Offer them first, to two people if needed.
- A single original: the coordinator keeps the master sheet and copies every change onto it; the posted sheet is only a copy.
Tip : keep the list of substitutes with the coordinator: phone numbers do not belong on a sheet posted in the church.
3. The template to download
One A4 page in landscape: the seven days of the week, midnight to midnight, one box per hour, and space to write the parish, the place and the week. The sheet is blank: no name appears on it.
Free, with no account needed. Make as many copies as you need.

Paper has its limits: you have to come to the church to sign up, and nobody knows from home whether their hour is covered. AdorationH24 puts the same schedule online:
- each adorer signs up from their phone and can see their hour at any time;
- if prevented, they cancel it themselves, and substitutes are told by e-mail;
- a reminder arrives the day before, for those who want it;
- the coordinator sees at a glance the hours where someone is missing.
