Guides for parishes

Adoration scheduling software compared: prices, languages and features

Several online tools help parishes keep a perpetual adoration schedule. This comparison is written by AdorationH24, one of the four tools compared. Here is what each one offers and what it costs, as each publishes it on its own site, with the date we read it.

1. What to compare

To stay fair, every figure about the other tools comes from their own official pages, linked below, read on 23 October 2026. Prices and features can change: check those pages before deciding. Five questions can help you compare:

  • What the price includes, and whether it depends on the number of adorers or on the hours of adoration.
  • How adorers sign up, and how a substitute is found when someone cannot come.
  • How reminders and alerts reach adorers: e-mail, text message or phone call.
  • The languages your adorers speak.
  • How much time the coordinator still spends on the schedule.

2. At a glance

The other tools’ prices are shown as their publishers state them, without conversion. We Adore Him and AdorationPro write their prices with the “$” sign, without naming the currency. AdorationH24 prices are those for a parish in the United States, in US dollars: billed yearly, and also shown per month (the yearly price divided by 12).

Software Price Languages
We Adore Him $55 to $95 a month, by number of adorers, plus a one-time $50 setup fee for the phone number, which is optional (official page, read on 23 October 2026) 9, including English, Spanish and Polish
AdorationPro $40 to $65 a month, by hours of adoration per week; paid monthly or annually (official page, read on 23 October 2026) English and Spanish
Adoration Servants Free; a non-profit that accepts donations (official page, read on 23 October 2026) English; no other language on the pages we read
AdorationH24 $9.17, $23.33 or $32.50 a month, billed yearly ($110, $280 or $390 a year), by number of adorers (up to 50, 200 or 400); on quotation above 400 7, including English, Spanish and Polish

What the price includes differs: We Adore Him’s plans include text messages and phone call minutes, AdorationPro’s include text messages, and AdorationH24 reaches adorers by e-mail only (see section 3).

In other countries, AdorationH24 prices may differ: see the prices of your country.

We Adore Him, AdorationPro and Adoration Servants are names belonging to their respective owners; AdorationH24 is not affiliated with them.

3. What each tool offers

What each tool highlights on its own site, in a few words.

We Adore Him

Each plan includes text messages and phone call minutes (750 text message segments and 60 minutes on the first plan), an automated adoration phone number, a website for the chapel, a check-in kiosk for attendance and unlimited e-mails. Phone service is available in the United States and Canada. Pricing page, read on 23 October 2026.

Its automated substitute finder contacts substitutes one at a time until it finds one, and adorers log in without a password. It is translated into nine languages: English, Filipino, French, German, Italian, Polish, Portuguese, Spanish and Vietnamese. The free demo lasts two weeks. Features, languages and demo pages, read on 23 October 2026.

AdorationPro

Each price includes text messages and e-mails (500 texts and 1,000 e-mails on the first tier). Adorers receive an e-mail or text reminder 24 hours before their weekly hour, and its automatic find-a-sub system e-mails each request to all substitutes, who can choose the hours for which they receive these requests. Adorers need no username or password, and each one can switch to Spanish with one button. An optional kiosk mode, on an iPad or other device, records attendance. Product page, read on 23 October 2026.

The free trial lasts 14 days, with no credit card. Free trial page, read on 23 October 2026.

Adoration Servants

Free scheduling and chapel management software, offered by a Catholic non-profit based in California, founded in 2004, which accepts donations. It covers chapel scheduling and adorer sign-ups, e-mail communications, substitution coordination, attendance tracking and shared management. A chapel can usually be set up in a few days. Management and donation pages, read on 23 October 2026.

AdorationH24

One schedule of the 168 hours of the week, in which each adorer signs up online and manages their own hours. When an adorer cancels and the hour is left empty, the substitutes can be alerted by e-mail, and the first to confirm takes the hour. A reminder goes out by e-mail the day before, unless the adorer turns it off. Each adorer chooses the language of the site and of their e-mails in “My settings”, among seven; times follow the parish’s local time.

AdorationH24 reaches adorers by e-mail only: it sends no text messages, has no phone line and no check-in kiosk. The price is per year and per parish, by number of adorers.

4. How to choose

The right tool depends on what your parish needs most:

  • Text messages and phone calls: We Adore Him includes both in its plans; AdorationPro includes text messages.
  • No cost: Adoration Servants is free.
  • Adorers who speak different languages: nine for We Adore Him, seven for AdorationH24, English and Spanish for AdorationPro.
  • One yearly price set by the number of adorers, with alerts by e-mail only: AdorationH24.

5. Getting started

Whatever tool you choose, a sheet at the back of the church helps at the start: the free sign-up sheet covers the 168 hours of the week.
